Aadhavan Review – Suryia
Synopsis
Actress Saroja Devi plays the role of a rich woman who owns big mansion and has four sons. Nayantara is the daughter of the oldest son. Surya joins as a servant in their house, who wants to take revenge on the family members and the story takes a different turn, when Surya happens to fall in love with Nayantara. Vadivelu gives life to the comedy track, playing the cook role in ‘Saroja Devi’s mansion.
Music is scored by ‘Harris Jeyaraj’ for ‘Aadhavan’ movie and it has six tracks. Harris Jeyaraj has given good music scores for ‘Vaarnam Aayiram’ & ‘Ayan’ earlier.
This film is purely a same patterned commercial cinema that has been watched over hundreds of time herein Tamil and other regional languages as well. K.S. Ravikumar beats the same bush with adequate commercial elements that sends you yawning at most of the times.
The film doesn’t boast of anything exceptional and fails to cater the tastes of even the C centre audiences. Looks like Surya wanted to prove him best in such kind of cheap commercial films as well.
Finally, to make it simple – Aadhavan hasn’t got anything new for you. The actor seems to have acquired some of the ridiculous stunts from few Kollywood actors, who can easily jump away from the ground and leap into a helicopter flying at 100ft above.
