Raguvaran death at the age of 59 gave a big blow to south indian cine industry and its fans.Starting from debut directors to leading directors in tamil cine industry they wanted him to perform in their movie.He died due to cardiac arrest on the way to hospital.
Vijay,Manorama,Maniratnam,Suhasini,Sarath Kumar,Vivek,Srikanth,Revathi and MK.stalin paid tribute to the actor.
A noble man model for acting has left a big vacuum. May his soul rest in peace.

Tamil Cinema will miss you Raghu Gi. You rocked! One of the few naturally talented actors, Indian cinema has ever had. Its really sad that he didn’t get good roles at the latter part of his career! Love you, Raghu Gi! And will miss you! No one can EVER take your place in this industry!
